Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Koss Atelier. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy:

• Shipping Coverage: We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including all 50 states and US territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that we do not process, dispatch, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.

• Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery:
  - Standard Shipping: FREE (7 to 10 business days)
  - Express Shipping: $40.00 (3 to 5 business days)

• Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its progress online.
