Email us at cyriel@kossateliersuits.com with your order number, photos, and your originally submitted measurements. If the garment doesn't match what you submitted, we'll cover the full cost of correction or send a replacement. If the issue traces back to submitted measurements, you're covered by our one-time $75 fit credit.
