Order Terms & Exceptions

All Sales Are Final: Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, we do not offer returns, monetary refunds, or exchanges once an order has been completed and processed.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at cyriel@kossateliersuits.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can resolve it promptly.
