Our commitment is to your absolute satisfaction. Because our garments are curated, limited, and custom-tailored, we adhere to an exclusive return policy. All sales are final, Koss Atelier does not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed.
Our Commitment to Quality
Due to the highly exclusive nature of our collections and the bespoke/made-to-measure process, Koss Atelier does not accept standard returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind. Every piece is meticulously inspected before leaving our Atlanta design house to ensure flawless craftsmanship.
At Koss Atelier, each garment is produced and prepared with meticulous attention to detail.
For this reason, all purchases are considered final sale. We kindly ask clients to review sizing, measurements, and product specifications carefully before completing their order, as refunds and exchanges are not offered.
1. Defective or Faulty Items
In the rare event that a garment arrives with a structural defect or crafting error, we will gladly rectify it. You must notify us within 7 business days of receiving your delivery.
2. Condition for Resolution
To be eligible for a defect-related exchange or correction, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its absolute original packaging. All signature tags, luxury garment labels, and the original custom hangers must be present. Items returned damaged or wrinkled due to careless packing will not be honored.
3. Resolution Processing Timeline
Once your item is received back at our Atlanta location and passes a thorough inspection by our master tailors, approved corrections or replacements will be processed within 5 to 7 business days—matching our premium crafting standards.
