1. All Sales Final & Return Exclusions

Due to the exclusive curation, restricted production quantities, and bespoke/made-to-measure nature of our garments, all sales are strictly final. Koss Atelier does not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for change of mind, event cancellations, or buyer's remorse.

The sole exception rests upon verifiable structural manufacturing defects reported strictly within 7 business days of delivery or pickup. Items must be completely unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by all luxury packaging, labels, and original custom hardware/hangers.

2. Post-Delivery Alterations Disclaimer

Koss Atelier crafts garments according to detailed standard sizing specifications or specific clients' metrics provided at the time of the order. Our purchase prices do not include complimentary post-delivery or post-pickup tailoring adjustments.

Any subsequent structural adjustments, body silhouette fluctuations, or personal fit preferences requested after the garment has left our possession are the sole financial and logistical responsibility of the client. Koss Atelier is not liable for alterations performed by external, third-party tailors.

3. Order Timelines & Limitation of Liability

While we strive for absolute punctuality—especially regarding weddings, galas, and red carpet events—estimated shipping and crafting timelines (3–5 days for standard collections; up to 10 days for custom tailoring) are projections and not legally binding guarantees. Koss Atelier shall not be held financially or legally liable for unexpected transit delays caused by premium couriers, customs holding, or acts of nature. Clients are strongly advised to secure their orders well in advance of their required event dates.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms, policies, and transactions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any formal legal disputes, mediation, or claims arising directly from interactions or transactions with Koss Atelier must be filed and handled exclusively in the courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
